Sunflower Design Conditions of class bookings held at Sunflower desogn ONLY:
For All workshops /classes full payment is due on booking.
This can be via BACS, cash or cheque or the direct booking buttons on the website.
All classes are non-refundable once a booking has been made
Day Workshops
If you are unable to attend and let us know by email at info@sunflowerdesign.co.uk within 7 days of the date of the class then we will look to transfer you to an alternative date within 3 months of the original class date, providing there is availability. If you do not confirm a place on the alternative workshop date within 3 months your place will be lost.
If you give less than 7 days' notice then no transfer is available
You are welcome to send someone in your place but you MUST notify us of their name, email and phone numbers in advance of the workshop.
KidSew/TeenSew Classes
If you are unable to attend and let us know by email at info@sunflowerdesign.co.uk within 7 days of the date of the class then we will look to transfer you to an alternative date within 3 months of the original class date, providing there is availability. If you do not confirm a place on the alternative workshop date within 3 months your place will be lost. Only ONE transfer/alternative date will be allowed per booking.

Weekly Classes
Please check your diary carefully before enrolling as the payment is for the full course regardless of if you miss a week or not.

Cancellations by us
If we have to make unavoidable alterations/cancellations to our programme you will be informed immediately(via the email address you have provided) of an alternative date or a full refund will be given. We cannot accept responsibility for wasted travel or other costs or for disappointment
NB classes will only run if we have a minimum of 2 people booking for Adult classes and 4 people booking for children’s classes
These terms and conditions apply to Sunflower Design Specific classes only NOT classes held in conjunction with any other parties.
